We understand that people are unsure about purchasing anything online since they cannot see the quality and fit before purchasing that is why we have designed the guidelines in a way that helps customers purchase anything of Edmotic brand without having to worry about after purchase problems.

Following conditions must be satisfied for being applicable for return:

The product being returned must be UNUSED and all the Tags,Labels,Stickers MUST BE INTACT
Our team will check the product before approving it for replacement or return
You must send us the product back WITHIN 15 DAYS from the date of delivery.
For Bedding products we offer 5 DAYS return policy if product is faulty or defective,but product should be UNUSED and all the Tags,Labels,Stickers MUST BE INTACT

 

For Items like Pen drives,cables and earphones we Provide warranty of one month which is limited to manufacturing defects only.

-Warranty does not cover any external accessories (such as battery, cable, carrying bag), damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer, normal wear and tear to magnetic heads, audio, video, laser pick-ups and TV picture tubes, pane

If product that you have received is defective or faulty, you can send us a mail on hello@edmotic.com. We will offer you exchange with similar product and in case same design or same product is not available in our stock then we will provide you with store credit of equivalent amount depending on the nature of the return through which you can purchase any product of same value or higher value ,or else we will refund the amount.The Exchange Policy (The entire return / refund procedure takes about 9-10 days)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

For the refund of order cancelled prior to shipment, please refer to our refund policy.
